The Nova team is dynamic, developing, and working on new large-scale projects, so we are seeking a talented Project Manager with an architectural background to join the team. Who demonstrates a high degree of creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.

An ideal candidate has:

• Experience working in a similar position with English-speaking customers in a project organization;
• Fluency in English;
• Experience as a Lead Architect;
• An architectural background;
• Knowledge of BIM technologies;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, set clear and measurable goals, and successfully execute initiatives with available resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules and deadlines;
• Control and manage priorities for the team;
• Client relationship management;
• Coordinate the collaboration with third parties;
• Resolving and preventing potential conflicts with Clients and third parties;
• Deliverables control to meet client intent and previous agreements;
• Handle meetings with Clients and third parties;
• Identify the Client’s Intent and analyze Incoming documentation to provide a list of project goals, approved solutions, client preferences, and restrictions;
• Control and eliminate potential risks on the project;
• Control project budget and manage team tasks to stay within it.
