Are you a creative thinker passionate about driving marketing initiatives? KaaIoT is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key player in our marketing efforts, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of IoT technology through active idea generation and creative marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create activities that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas that differentiate our brand and drive engagement;
- Experiment with new tactics, technologies, and messaging strategies to continuously innovate our marketing approach;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth;
- Craft engaging content and messaging that resonates with our target audience and motivates action;
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize future strategies;
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively;
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Advanced/Fluent level of English;
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of success;
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving;
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders;
- Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions;
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Yesware and MailChimp, CRM software like Pipedrive and Salesforce, and analytics platforms.
