About PAH:

Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH) is an international non-governmental organization which since 1992 has been providing humanitarian and development help worldwide. So far, the interventions have been carried out in 46 different countries. By possessing long-standing expertise in the implementation of projects in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, Food Security and Livelihoods, as well as Nutrition and Education, PAH concentrates its global activities on ensuring sustainable and stable development of regions suffering from the consequences of armed conflicts, natural disasters and other humanitarian crises.

PAH has been present in Ukraine since August 2014 delivering humanitarian aid to the most vulnerable of the conflict-affected population. PAH provides assistance to internally displaced people, elderly and single mothers, working in the sectors of food security protection and livelihoods. PAH Ukraine is currently expanding programming from humanitarian to both early recovery and development-oriented interventions that provide sustainable livelihoods opportunities to the affected population.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Leading the Partnership team in PAH Ukraine Mission, including hiring and management of staff, revision of organigram, performance reviews and goalssetting, development of supportive relations with subordinates and conflict management.
• Maintain open and professional relations with team members, promoting a strong team spirit and providing oversight and guidance to enable staff to perform in theirpositions successfully.
• Partnership staff development incl. through introducing and revising capacitydevelopment plan for Partnership team members.

Partnership and Localization Management:

• Develop SoPs, procedures and other relevant document and tools to ensure partnership and localization development.
• Develop Localization strategy and contribute to other PAH strategic initiative, incl. on HQ level. 
• Identification of implementing partners. 
• Ensure capacity assessment for existing and potential partners as per the organization strategy and standards.
• Ensure mapping of and communication with local NGOs. 
• Ensures quality implementation of the projects, data sharing and management, file management as well as reporting by the partners in line with PAH commitments, policies and procedures. 
• Develop capacity of the partners and PAH team on partnership issues.
• Leading liaison with national/oblast/raion/hromada authorities or other stakeholders on program-related issues or as requested by the supervisor and ensure proper data and file management.

Grant Management:

• To contribute to project proposals design.
• Ensure proper involvement and contribution of partners to PAH grant review process. 
• Ensure quality preparation and contribution to reports submitted to donors, Clusters or other stakeholders. 
• Provide support during needs assessments conducted by the Mission and participate in consolidation of needs assessment reports. 
• Perform any other partnehip related task upon the request of the supervisor.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Support MEAL team in developing and implementing robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of cash and voucher assistance programs.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor program implementation, identify challenges, and gather feedback from partners and stakeholders.
• Utilize monitoring data to inform program adjustments, identify best practices, and contribute to organizational learning.
