Job Description

On this position you will:

  • Improve definition of commercial structures (products, customers, etc) in order to obtain the necessary information to analyze the business.
  • Responsible for quality control of sales information reliability.
  • Participate in international project meetings to give local input and participate in the definition of templates.
  • Keep updated about new sales projects and implementation status in other MSUs in order to define opportunities for local use. 
  • Analyze gaps and changes needed for adapting global templates to local specifics and keep updated about new information systems and technological improvements to detect opportunities for the company. 
  • Planning and implementation of Sales Information System Projects to cover needs of international clients, ensuring an optimal use of resources. 
  • Manage local and global Sales projects with impact in IS, manage project implementation and KPI control.
  • Provide information and training to Sales.

Qualifications

  • Higher degree in the field of Finence or Economic 
  • Experience in a Commercial environment and  in an FMCG company will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, developed communication skills, ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team
  • Confident user of MS Excel
  • Learning agility
