We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a high-performing team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals. This role requires a combination of leadership, interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders;
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth;
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives;
- Demonstration of coworking space during the sale of Coworking Service.

Candidate’s Portrait:
- 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role;
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, CRM;
- English at upper- intermediate level (working proficiency);
- High level of self-organization
