Global HR Operations Specialist
Ajax Systems - is an international technological company, most in Europe developer and producer of the systems of safety of Ajax with possibilities of clever house. It is a whole ecosystem from 135 built on, mobile and desktop application, server infrastructure. Every year we demonstrate a multiple increase both in the quantity of command and in an amount users in the whole world. Now there are more than 3 000 workers in a company. And the sensors of Ajax guard 2,5 million users in more than 187 countries of the world.
We are growing, so we are looking for a new person in the team who will be responsible for the international market.
Data management:
- employee data management (completing employee profiles, updates if needed).
Documents management:
- collecting employee-related data (auditing existing, adding newcomers’ data);
- manage full cycle employment process for international colleagues (in cooperation with EoR, official employment for branches, b2b contracts);
- control documentation during the full employee life cycle (onboarding, transfer, offboarding etc);
- cooperation with payroll team within payments preparation processes.
Policies & processes management:
- participation in HR-related policies and processes development & implementationin cooperation with the HR team.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- previous experience in IT, payroll or legal teams will be an advantage;
- upper-intermediate English;
- easy-going and empathic with strong communication skills;
- Jira, HRIS.
