Role Description: 

This is a full-time on-site role as a Billing Specialist, located in Kyiv, Ukraine. 

The Billing Specialist will be responsible for:

• Receipt and quality control of Vendor’s invoices
• Vendor disputes communication
• Bill report preparation for billing
• QuickBooks Online entryInvoice generation and release
• Preparing and maintaining MS Excel spreadsheets
• Assisting with audit support

Required skills and qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
• Experience in finance and accounting
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (preferable)
• Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software
• Detailed-oriented and highly organized
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partners' information
• Experience in the aviation industry is a must
