Executive Search Analyst is responsible for supporting the research phase of the executive recruiting lifecycle.

Role Responsibilities

• Executing basic research within local and international searches (across various industries, positions and locations).

• In-depth industry analysis (Ukraine and international markets).

• Identification of relevant candidates, including matching them with search criteria.

• Drafting project documents, such as candidate and reference reports, search reports etc.

Main requirements:

• 0-1 years of recruiting experience or transferable professional experience.

• University Degree (or students who are able to work).

• Fluent English and Ukrainian (writing and speaking skills).
