We are looking for a qualified Customer Service Manager with knowledge of the English language for our company. The primary focus of this role is to maintain and develop mutually beneficial relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and supporting their business needs.

Duties:
- Establishing and maintaining contact with clients through chats, phone calls;
- Advising clients on the company's products and services;
- Problem solving;
- Customer database management

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients;
- Fluency in English at a conversational level;
- High level of organization and attention to detail;
