Associate – Criminal Law
We invite you to join Asters team for the Associate (Criminal Law Practice) position.
We are pleased to invite you to an interview if:
- You have a law degree (LL.M degree is a plus)
- You are fluent in English
- You have 3+ year of relevant experience in a law firm
- You have a good knowledge of criminal law and process; theoretical and practical skills in the field of law
- You have drafting skills and strong analytical thinking
- You have good communication and self-organization skills
- You are admitted to the Ukrainian Bar
What we entrust to you:
- Taking part in criminal law projects, assistance to senior colleagues on various legal issues
- Preparing/updating/reviewing legal documents
- Drafting procedural documents, agreements, legal memoranda, legal opinions
- Preparation and participation in court hearings
- Providing legal assistance during interrogations, searches, and other investigative actions
- Submission of case materials and legal documents to the relevant authorities
- Analyzing and providing recommendations on a range of legal issues raised by clients
- PR activities (articles, publications, comments)
