We expect from you:
- ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with guests and team members;
- ability to effectively deal with internal customers and external guests, which requires tact, patience, and diplomacy;
- Conflict resolution skills and multitasking;
- previous ANY hotel operations experience is preferred.
Your duties and responsibilities will be:
- check-in/ check-out the guests;
- respond to guests' inquiries;
- ensure total guest satisfaction and safety;
