Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Sales and Customer Relations Specialist to join our remote team on a part-time or full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation, actively bidding on projects on Upwork, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through email and video calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation across various platforms with a focus on Upwork.
  • Send, manage, and respond to project bids, crafting personalized proposals to increase winning chances.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing timely and effective solutions through email and video communication.
  • Understand client needs and project requirements to facilitate smooth project negotiations and agreements.
  • Keep track of client communications and project statuses, reporting to management as necessary.
  • Preparation of proposal documents and project submission letters 
  • Other tasks that might appear 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service, preferably in working with freelance platforms as well
  • Familiarity with platforms Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (very important, please do not apply if you are not fluent in English).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
