We are seeking a highly organized person to join our company as an IT Support Specialist. You’ll help manage our office activities and maintains the smooth operation of IT systems.

 Office format of work for talents from Kyiv

Responsibilities:

• Resolving technical problems with desktops, laptops and other devices. This can involve diagnosing hardware failures, software glitches, or network connectivity issues
• Assisting end-users with software applications, email setup, account management, and other IT-related tasks
• Help with network-related issues
• Implement automation tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency in system administration processes
• Ensure all IT systems comply with security policies
• Staying updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in system administration
• Analyze office needs and blockers and help to solve them. Create comfort in our office
• Maintaining accurate records of IT assets

Qualifications:

• B2 English is a must
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
• Experience as Project manager, HR, Office Manager, and Sysadmin will be a huge plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
