Join our team at United Tech, where your talents will find the perfect place! As a Moderation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our platforms maintain the highest standards of quality, security and user experience. Your role is not only to filter content; it's about building online communities, fostering meaningful interaction, and protecting the well-being of our users.Also, with dedication and expertise, you can progress to positions such as Customer Support Representative or Shift Lead.

In this role, you will:

  • Review photos, messages, and live-streaming content in accordance with social networking policies, workflows, and targets, including content that may be violent, political, profane, or otherwise disturbing
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality in fulfilling job responsibilities
  • Generate reports on completed tasks and make suggestions for efficiency improvements

It’s all about you:

  • Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency 
  • 6+ months of moderation or customer support experience
  • Adeptness with Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ownership (ability to make decisions while moderating content)
  • Ability to understand and relate to customers' emotions and concerns, demonstrating genuine care and concern for their well-being
  • Attentively listening to moderation manager/team lead/teammates to fully understand all actual problems and situations on the project to collect as much moderation experience as possible
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple moderation processes simultaneously, remaining calm and composed even in challenging situations
  • Organizing all tasks within the shift for effective completion
  • Collaborating with other team members, sharing insights and knowledge to maintain a cohesive and effective moderation process
  • Active participation in team calls and confidently reporting personal goals and blockers to the entire team
