Quality Director (Pharma)

Pharmway Trading company invites to the team "Head of the Quality Department

 About the company: Farmway Trading is a national logistics company. We are creating an extensive logistics infrastructure for the storage and delivery of pharmaceutical goods, which covers the whole of Ukraine, ensuring the proper quality of the product at each stage of its life cycle in compliance with GDP requirements.

 Functional duties:

•  Improvement of the pharmaceutical quality system at the enterprise in accordance with the current requirements of GDP/GSP
• Participation in the formation of the company's strategy, goals and development plans in the field of quality;
• Control over compliance with license terms and requirements of proper distribution practice at the enterprise;
• Analysis of information on the functioning of quality system processes, development of the annual quality report;
• Organization, coordination and implementation of work on improving the documentation management system; organization of planning for the development of documentation from the quality management system in order to describe the enterprise's business processes;
• Maintenance of the quality system in accordance with the requirements of GDP, ISO, including change management, quality risk management and deviations in the quality system; management of corrective and preventive actions; planning, organization and analysis of internal audits; management of non-conforming products, analysis and assessment of risks in the main distribution processes and auxiliary processes according to ICH Q9;
• Control and conduct of validation and qualification works, qualification of suppliers, buyers, clients, outsourcing services.
• Organization and control of staff training.
• Implementation of automated management systems of quality system processes

Requirements:

•  Higher education in pharmaceutical specialty
• Experience in the position of manager of quality management of a pharmaceutical enterprise
• Knowledge of GхP and ISO good practice standards
• Knowledge of Licensing conditions (CMU Resolution No. 929)
• Developed organizational skills
• Readiness for business trips
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (literate written and spoken)
