We invite a motivated technical support intern, who will help with new and existing projects. Under the supervision of our experienced team members, you will be engaged in technical support of projects that are related to different domains, such as automotive, gaming, AdTech, E-commerce, etc.
PROJECT
As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with worldwide famous corporations in different domains, such as automotive, IoT, gaming, and Intellectual Property Services.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with operating systems (Linux)
- At least basic knowledge of SQL/XML/HTML (structure, main tags) or scripting
- Basic knowledge of Support methodologies, processes, planning, tools, and techniques
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Logical and critical thinking, attentiveness to details
- Strong verbal and writing communication skills
- Willingness to learn
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Proactive, open-minded and able to adapt, motivated
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ensure the follow-up and resolving of the customer’s issues in a timely manner within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Provide effective feedback; work closely with other departments
