Oleksandra Filatieva started working for Transporeon in 2016 as an Invoice Auditor and is now Head of Operations Europe. During these seven years, she has experienced numerous learning opportunities and enjoyed many successes.

My Transporeon journey is one of growth, perseverance and striving for excellence. In April 2017, as an Audit Analyst, I tackled a challenging project, which earned me the 'Breakthrough of the Year' award, highlighting the impact of my contributions.

By September 2018, I became Deputy Team Lead, which was shortly followed by my leadership of the Data Entry and Audit Processing Teams. In this role I established a new sub-team, creating the business processes and workflow from the ground up. This experience was instrumental in honing my ability to build and manage effective teams.

In my next role, as the Audit Team Lead, I managed the largest team in Operations, driving success and growth.

Throughout my journey at Transporeon, I've been inspired by my manager, Tetiana Kravchenko, and my team, whose dedication and resilience have been key to our achievements. Now, as Head of Operations Europe, I'm committed to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to exceed our clients' expectations.

My journey with Transporeon is a testament to the power of teamwork, dedication and visionary leadership in overcoming challenges and achieving success.

Rate Maintenance Team Lead

"My journey at Transporeon is defined by growth, resilience and a relentless drive for improvement”

Yuliia Stukach joined Transporeon in August 2017 as an Invoice Auditor, responsible for auditing transportation invoices for over 30 carriers. She is now Rate Maintenance Team Lead in the Operations Department, managing a team of more than 30 employees.

“My dedication led to a promotion as Supervising Invoice Auditor, where I managed four audit groups and international accounts. I implemented 13 optimisation processes and launched a pre-validation tool for shipment data across 68 carriers.

In March 2019, I became Data Entry & Customer Service Team Lead, overseeing more than 20 employees and reducing a 13,000 invoice backlog by 50% in two months through process improvements.

In 2020 I became Rate Maintenance Team Lead at Transporeon, where I manage a team of more than 30, overseeing rate management and launching more than 50 optimisation solutions, which reduced the product life cycle by 38%.

Throughout my career, I have been inspired by the incredible people I have worked with. Their mentorship, guidance and support have been invaluable in my professional growth. Overcoming challenges and driving improvements have been constants in my journey, from resolving critical issues with shippers and carriers to developing tools for project visualisation. Each role has contributed to my development as a leader and problem-solver, and I am proud of the progress we have made together.
