Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening the vacancy of v in Kyiv.

Responsibilities: 

• Drafting, negotiating, amending the agreements of various types (mostly supply, services, labor, NDA);
• Drafting internal documents, including orders, opinions, POA, permissions,  legal;
• Conducting legal research and investigation;
• Participating in internal negotiations and with clients of the сompany;
• Checking the compliance with internal policies, administration of reporting systems;
• Archiving documents;
• Litigations.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education;
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English;
• 2-4 years of legal experience;
• PC skills: MS Office, Internet advanced skills
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work in a team and to manage multiple engagements
