Middle Business Analyst

We’re creating a modern online casino on our own scalable, cloud-based platform — web-first and fully optimized for mobile. Our mission is to deliver exciting gameplay, rewarding mechanics, seamless UX, and full legal compliance.

We’re looking for a Middle Business Analyst to help shape the future of this ambitious product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define high-level product and game logic requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional specifications
• Define user journeys and system behavior in collaboration with design and dev teams
• Create and maintain wireframes, flows, and mockups together with designers
• Support backlog management and requirements traceability
• Evaluate and validate implemented solutions
• Participate in feature prioritization and game economy design discussions
• Assist with preparing compliance and legal documentation
   

Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in business or system analysis
• Solid understanding of both theory and practice of Business Analysis
• Deep knowledge of SDLC with a strong Agile/Scrum orientation
• Proven experience with Web and/or Mobile products
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to quickly understand complex gaming domains
   

Tech Stack & Tools:

• UML, ERD, BPMN
• REST APIs
• OOP concepts
• Jira, Confluence
• Wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Axure)
• (Nice to have) Experience with 3rd-party integrations and cloud platforms
• (Nice to have) Background in social games, casino, or sweepstake models
   

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
