Our requirements:

• 1+ year experience in US logistics as Freight Broker or Dispatch.
• Knowledge of trucks and specifics of working with them; 
• Fluent in writing and oral English and Ukrainian;
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Work schedule: 03:00 p.m — 01:00 a.m Mon-Fri.

  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional listening and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with brokers regarding the details of cargo transportation, loads, and trips to drivers.
• Adding information of loads to CRM system.
• Looking for new opportunities for working with.

Наші вимоги:

• Досвід роботи в логістиці в США на посаді диспетчера або брокера. Є досвід роботи Team Lead? Feel free to contact us.
• Знання вантажних автомобілів США та специфіки роботи з ними;
• Вільне володіння УСНОЮ та письмовою англійською та українською мовами;
• Хороші навички спілкування та переговорів.

Графік роботи: 15:00 — 01:00 Пн-Пт. До 22 ч  робота в офісі, а далі робота із дому. Час на дорогу враховується та оплачується.

Ми працюємо в офсі, тому що нам подобається працювати в офісі: генератор, швидкий інтернет, кава, смаколики від компаніі etc

Обов’язки:

• Домовлятися (=продаж услуг перевізника) з брокерами щодо деталей перевезення вантажів. Узгоднювати з водіями умови рейсів.
• Додавати інформацію про вантажі в систему CRM.
• Контролювати роботу водіїв в особистих випадках;
• Шукати нові можливості для покращення своєї роботи.
