Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in real estate or B2B sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English (C1+) — as we operate on an international market, communication with clients and partners in English is essential.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail, initiative, and excellent time-management skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work according to the EST (Florida) time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finding new wholesale real estate sellers through various channels: social media, websites, and other sources.
- Evaluating properties and passing them on for further purchase.
- Checking contracts for accuracy and compliance with the deal terms.
- Creating and managing the client database
