Supply Planner

We are looking for highly motivated and qualified candidates to apply for the position of Supply Planner.

We invite those who:

• Has 2+ years of experience in Supply planning or Logistic 
• Enjoys to work with large information data, has skills and knows how to analyze large information data
• Knows how to check and placement of daily orders based on suppliers schedule, stock level and forecast on store-SKU level 
• Ready to do daily analysis of store’s manual requests with further approval or rejection 
• Will maintenance of system parameters’ (supplier schedule, lead-time, MOQ, etc) 
• Will provide efficient stock days management and ensure old stock management
• Monthly deep-dive and RCA on store’s manual orders to ensure reliability of the system and decrease of stores manual work 
• Deep-dive and RCA for Customer Shelf availability report with focus on reason related to the system
• Proactive in communication with Demand planners, Stores and Buying Department
• Lead internal projects related to Supply Planning and implementation of Supply updates based on Global best-practices
• Bi-weekly excessive stock proactive follow-up with concrete action, responsibles, discounts and timing
• Proactive lead the development of required IT pre-requisites to increase efficiency of ordering process
• Will participate in process standardization through preparations of instructions, procedures, etc.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment 
• Has English written and speaking knowledge on Intermediate level or higher
• Has Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, base practice in Microsoft PowerBI and SQL (preferrable), SAP
