Develop and implement pricing strategies across all Customer Groups/Channels, which directly impacts customers price perception and traffic, thus impacts sales and profitability levels.
Ensure dynamic pricing models (investments vs revenue) and pricing strategic decisions aligned with financial KPIs and business objectives. Maintain a balance between competitive pricing, customer satisfaction and sustainable profitability.

- Understands customer needs, market environment and business models (online/offline) in order to shape the most effective pricing strategy to meet all company objectives
- Have strong experience in revenue management, sales analytics, or commercial operations preferable in FMCG/Retail
- Act as a channel and customer pricing model gatekeeper, ensuring clear pricing architecture aligned with the company’s route-to-market strategy.
- Lead market observation and research to track competitors, conduct pricing surveys, and evaluate consumer trends to secure B2B share and increase B2C traffic.
- Design, develop, and execute pricing strategies for each customer group, channel, and category to achieve sales, margin, and market share targets aligned with strategic customer focus.
- Identify and implement revenue strategies that improve price perception while sustaining profitability and aligning with commercial COGs initiatives.
- Build and lead data-driven models to evaluate sales pillars’ efficiency, relevance of price mechanics, and promo strategy performance — providing recommendations for rebalancing and improvement.
- Develop analytical models to ensure assortment price architecture and brand positioning correspond to defined price logic and private label strategy.
- Design and lead execution of promo strategy, continuously improving processes for higher commercial efficiency and optimized cross-functional collaboration.
- Formulate and implement pricing procedures and evaluate resource needs to meet sales and profitability targets across categories, customers, and channels.
- Lead digital transformation in pricing, developing tools and systems that maximize profitability and reduce process complexity.
