Junior Signaling Support Engineer with Linux

Infopulse is inviting a talented professional to join our project as a Junior Signaling Support  Engineer (with Linux).

Tasks:

• As support engineer, you are responsible for all signalling related services as SRE and you will report to the Regional Team office
• You will assure customer support for all signalling related products and provide dedicated support of network elements/features/functions
• You will cooperate with our regional team in order to find solutions for problems reported by our customers, proactively detect and mitigate network risks. 
• You will manage the operational relationship with local providers, reporting and tracking performances and issues.

Your profile:

• Master's degree in Computer Sciences, IT, Telecommunications or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in the operation of mobile or fixed networks as an engineer
• You are familiar with Telecom technologies and ITU/ETSI standards
• You have good knowledge about the SS7/Sigtran, LTE, signalling call flows and roaming scenarios
• Good knowledge and operational experience in network/nodes/service launch
• Signalling protocol monitoring tools, protocol analyzers, trace analysis
• You have good operational knowledge of network function virtualization
• Linux experience, RH 7, 8 
• Fluent in English
