Infopulse is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Sales Development Representative with a focus on the German speaking market who will help to fill the pipeline with targeted hot leads.
Areas of Responsibility
- Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or other means or responding to inquiries
- Personal communications with leads
- Presenting services information to prospects and customers according to their needs
- Moving leads through the marketing funnel, mapping them to a salesperson, and setting up meetings, calls
- Following up with prospects to encourage purchasing
- Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to identify new potential needs
- Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met
- Finding contact details through various search tools to reach out to the prospect or account
- Inviting audience to events where Infopulse is involved, getting feedback after events
- Working with a CRM system
- Preparing monthly reports
Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation, sales support or marketing 1+ year
- Understanding of company organizational structure and roles
- Level of German: Advanced
- Level of English: Proficiency
- Experience in using MS Office
- Experience in working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems
- Experience in data search and analysis
- Experience in IT is an advantage
