- Process support requests from chat, email, phone calls
- Follow up with new and existing customers to help them with the system, identify issues they have and turn it into benefits for them by explaining the benefits of available functionality and solutions.
- Run training sessions with screen sharing for 1-5 group of people to help them know the software better.
- Promote new available solutions to existing customers and explain how to set it up.
- Process and report new functionality requests from existing customers.
- Collect feedback from paying client, report and discuss it with the team
- Working Hours: Afternoon, based on USA Eastern Time Zone (10AM - 6PM EST)
- Work environment with good internet connection
- Computer/Laptop that can handle multiple tabs opened and screen sharing
- English level — upper-intermediate+
- Competent speech, ability to make yourself understood
