As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter to help our Talent Acquisition Manager to identify and hire exceptional performers from the EU/UK market, specifically for marketing and other key roles. We believe that attracting top talent is at the heart of business success, and we need someone who can bring in high-performing individuals that align with our clients' needs and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Outreach:
    Proactively identify and source candidates from LinkedIn, job boards, and other digital channels, specifically targeting high-performing marketing professionals in the EU/UK market. Use advanced sourcing strategies to uncover passive candidates and build a robust pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Candidate Engagement:
    Reach out to candidates with compelling messages that effectively communicate the value proposition of the role, our clients' missions, and the impact they can have. Engage candidates in meaningful conversations about career opportunities and align them with the company’s needs and culture.

  • Closing Deals & Convincing Candidates:
    Utilize persuasive communication skills to close high-level candidates and convince them to join our clients. Manage the offer process, negotiate terms, and ensure candidates are excited about the opportunity and committed to the decision.

  • Market Knowledge & Strategy:
    Utilize in-depth market knowledge to understand where the best marketing talent resides, including which companies and industries produce top candidates. Be familiar with hiring practices and talent pools in the EU/UK, including specific countries and companies that yield the best candidates.

  • Talent Mapping & Pipeline Building:
    Develop a long-term talent pool for future recruitment needs. Constantly nurture relationships with passive candidates and ensure an ongoing, high-quality candidate pipeline.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar roles, with a focus on sourcing candidates from the EU/UK market.

  • Proven success in recruiting candidates in digital marketing, brand management, content strategy, and performance marketing roles.

  • Advanced sourcing expertise, including a deep knowledge of using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other digital tools to identify top-tier candidates.

  • Ability to use creative outreach strategies to engage passive candidates and build relationships over time.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on persuading top talent to accept offers and join a client’s organization.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.

  • In-depth knowledge of where the best marketing talent resides in the EU/UK, including which countries, companies, and industries consistently produce successful performers.

  • Ability to advise clients on the best sourcing strategies and candidate markets based on the current industry trends.

  • A passion for attracting and hiring top-tier talent, with a focus on candidates who are high achievers and can make an immediate impact in their roles.

  • A data-driven and results-oriented approach to recruitment, with the ability to set and meet hiring targets.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple roles and candidates effectively.

  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
