Bookkeeper ( USA Trucking Company)

American Transportation Company «Vista Trans Holding INC.» is looking for detail-oriented Bookkeeper to perform a variety of tasks related to accounting.

Transportation company with the HQ in Chicago IL, operating 300 + trucks in United States.

Shared Service Center in Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk.

Position: full—time / from office/ remote

Working hours: 4 p.m — 1 a.m.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Internal reporting;
• Invoicing/accounts payable;
• Reconciling and balancing budgets;
• Controlling in-time payments;
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• College education in a related field
• Previous experience in the trucking industry is a must;
• English — upper intermediate;
• Good communication skills, ability to work productively under pressure, high level of detail orientation, strong data entry skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and any other industry-specific software (preferable); knowlenge of Quick Book (preferable);
• Ability to multi-task and focus on details in a fast-paced environment.
