Customer Support Agents (Arabic speaker)

Ozone Technologies is hiring Customer Support Agents

for work in Kiev office, full time schedule.

The main focus of the role is to achieve superior customer experiences!

Essential skills and experiences relevant to the role:

· Fluent (native) Arabic

· Fluent Russian or English

· Basic computing skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

· Outstanding interpersonal skills

Key responsibilities:

· Maintain player relationships pro-actively via phone, e-mail and live chat

· Retention/reactivation calls

· Pursuit and sharing of customer knowledge

· Resolve of customer queries and issues

· Assist in the alignment of promotions across all customer touch points

· Receive, handle and translate customer documentation
