We are currently seeking an experienced Barista for one of our projects. The project is the gathering place for individuals working or interested in the field of blockchain & web 3. Our mission is to create the world's largest community of contributors in Web 3.0.

Who is our perfect candidate?

• A proven track record of 2+ years in a similar role, delivering exceptional Guest Experiences;
• Extraordinary Creativity and Deep-Seated Passion for Food and Beverage;
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus);
• Understanding of flavors and combinations;
• An understanding of modern food and beverage trends;
• Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations;
• To be tech-savvy, ability to learn fast and adapt;
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Hub.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare drinks, take orders and provide excellent customer service;
• Be responsible for the beverages menu, specials and snacks; 
• Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply;
• Comply with licensing regulations and hub procedures;
• Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how beverages are prepared (to recipe) and presented;
• Learning about beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality;
• Offering expert advice, recommendations and answering questions about coffee and other drinks;
• Maintain special relationship with residents, make them feel welcome.
