Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Order Processing Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience, from answering their inquiries to managing their orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and basic technical support.
- Process customer orders, verify payment details, and ensure accurate delivery of licenses.
- Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle refunds, exchanges, and other order-related requests.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer concerns effectively.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or order processing is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems & Microsoft Office (Google Sheets).
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
