We are growing and have an open position as a German Customer Support Representative
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written skills in German and English (German - Advanced/ Upper-Intermediate, English -Upper-Intermediate)
- Basic technical background (strong experience in using apps)
- Proactive approach, empathetic individuals, problem-solving skills
- Providing Customer Support for the website users
- Handle support inquiries via email/chat
- Work with information concerning inquiries, confirmations, and complaints;
- You can work remotely;
- Competitive compensation;
- English classes with a native speaker;
- Schedule 8am-1am Kyiv Time, 8 hours working day + 1 hour break in this gap
- Corporate training and parties.
