How can you influence the company’s development?

• manage the company's relationships with banks and financial institutions in different jurisdictions

• develop strategies and implement policies that will optimize cash management and minimize risks arising from foreign currency transactions and fluctuations

• monitor and analyze the company's daily cash position and forecast cash flows

• develop and implement treasury related policies, procedures and controls

• develop and maintain forecasts and models for short-term funds placement and investment

• develop and implement a foreign exchange risk management program

• opening bank, merchant, saving and other types of accounts for company needs

• review and negotiate the commercial conditions with banks and other financial institutions

• ensure compliance with all the legal and regulatory requirements regarding treasury management

• prepare and present reports on treasury-related issues to management and other stakeholders

First 3 months challenges:

• studying the company's financial flows and determining the overall liquidity management strategy

• analysis of the current cash position, assessment of risks and opportunities for investing free funds in the short- and long-term perspective

• develop the efficient strategy of detecting, monitoring and management of FX risks

• assessment of the current financial needs of the company, taking into account the operating and investment program

• work on optimization of the use of allocated financial resources in various jurisdictions

• development of relationships with banks and other financial institutions that will play a key role in the implementation of the operational and investing activity

To achieve the results, you need:

• bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in treasury management, particularly in cash management and foreign exchange risk management

• experience in analyzing and forecasting cash flows

• understanding of financial markets and instruments

• knowledge of the regulatory framework for treasury management

• experience in cooperation with investment brokers or asset management companies

• experience in opening bank accounts and merchant accounts

• English - advanced level

What are the terms of cooperation?

• 8-hour working day

• you determine a convenient time for yourself, but you need to stay in touch from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• you choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world
