(US team).
Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle with patients — from the incoming request to completing all processes.
Communicate with patients through various channels: chat / phone / email.
Work with the CRM system: fill in requests and maintain patient profiles.
Required skills:
Experience in sales (preferably B2C).
Experience working with CRM systems.
Strong communication skills.
Empathy and the ability to work with complex or emotional patients.
Willingness to contact patients outside of standard working hours when needed.
Proactivity and a desire to grow both financially and professionally.
Will be an advantage:
Medical education or experience in the medical field.
Spanish language.
