HEAD OF TRAIDING AND FINANCE SOLUTION

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the definition and implementation of the Trading and Financial Solutions strategy in Ukraine.
• Develop Trade Finance instruments, Trading policy implementation into campaign management process.
• Support development Trade and Financial Solutions strategy.
• Act as a facilitator and ambassador for Trading among the key local and regional cross-functional stakeholders.       
•  Lead the relationships with key local business partners: Distributors, Farmers, Traders, Tollers, Transport and storage Infrastructure.
• Drive Trading operational excellence.
• Monitor and push compliance and efficiency within the area, identifying areas for improvement and leading improvement process. 
• Lead the full trading cycle: selection of sellers and off takers, collection and analysis of documents, analysis and signing the contracts, notary documents, waybills and invoices during trading deals proceeding
• Budget management.
• Contribution in the Credit Management process. Debts hedging and collection.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree (economic or finance).
• Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, strong communicative skills, results oriented.
• English – fluent.
• Know the portfolio of the main seeds Competitors in the Ukrainian market, to know the main segments of the agricultural technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to forge Distributors and Farmers, Traders and Tollers relationships.
• Strong skills and legal knowledge in Trade finance, trading, tolling, transportation.
• Ability to comply with existing/quickly adapt to new processes within the organization.
• Strong communicative and negotiation skills, results oriented, drive result.
• Ability to work independently in organization. Able to work in an International and multicultural context.
• Manage business ambiguity and complexity.
