We're looking for someone who shares our values, has some level of expertise, and desires to be the best in their business. This person loves to delve deeply into the business at the client level; is flexible and focuses on measurable results. Rather than just doing the work, the person should base their decisions on data and numbers and be able to give feedback.

Responsibilities:
- Development of training and instructions for Customer Service employees.
- Analysis of learning processes and their continuous improvement.
- Building a training system for different grades and categories of employees.
- Development of training material for new platforms and systems that employees work with.
- Filling the knowledge base for employees and partners and updating it.
- Quality control of the support department.

- You have a higher education; the advantage is management and marketing.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the service department or technical support department (call center) as a team leader or training manager.
- You have public speaking skills and knowledge of staff training trends.
- You are free to use the Office Suite.
- You have such skills as the ability to work in a team, initiative, communication skills, and organization.
- Your English — Upper-Intermediate and higher.
