We are seeking a commercially driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to expand Yanolja Go Global’s footprint across Ukraine.

The ideal candidate will have extensive B2B experience in the travel industry, a strong understanding of hotel contracting and distribution, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

You will play a key role in developing new business, managing key accounts, and representing Yanolja Go Global at trade fairs and client meetings throughout the region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow Yanolja Go Global’s presence in Ukraine.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
  • Maintain and expand long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Monitor partner performance and optimize collaboration through data-driven insights.
  • Represent Yanolja Go Global at international and local trade fairs and networking events.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and partner satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and prepare regular sales reports.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the travel, hospitality, or tourism sector.
  • Established professional network within the Ukrainian travel market.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and growth targets.
  • Knowledge of XML/API distribution systems and hotel contracting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Ukrainian and English.
  • Based in or near a major city (Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa).
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the UA region and abroad.


Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with wholesalers, OTAs, or hotel chains.
  • An analytical and strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships.
