Responsibilities:
- Processing leads and customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Record keeping and data entry
- Coordinating with field technicians for service appointments
- Managing the Housecall Pro CRM platform
Additional Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and feedback analysis
- Training new customer service representatives
- Collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience
- Writing scripts for interacting with customers

- Fluent in English (С1 level or higher)
- Proven customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and respectful attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (experience with HouseCall Pro is a plus)
- Responsible attitude to work

Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours to accommodate the time zone difference between California and Ukraine
- Availability required during peak lead times, with the possibility of adjusting working hours based on lead volume
Salary:
Trial month salary: $600-$1500
Performance review after the trial period with the potential for a salary increase based on active participation and initiative
