We're on the hunt for a Head of Sales at our agency. It's about understanding our clients' challenges, offering them tailored solutions, building long-term relationships based on trust and focused on the "Help not Sale" principle. You'll be leading a team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and generally being the boss (in a good way, of course).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Team: Manage and provide leadership to a team, setting clear targets, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Customer Acquisition: Work with cold leads and employ various sales techniques to attract new customers, expanding the agency's client base.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Client-Centric Approach: Independently identify client pain points and challenges, and proactively offer tailored solutions from our portfolio of services.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement innovative sales strategies that align with the agency's growth objectives.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their evolving needs.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management, while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
Hard Skills:
- Sales Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in a service business, marketing or consulting.
- Fluency in English (Advanced + level)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to effectively communicate and position our services to clients
- Experience in managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
- Team Management: Proven ability to lead and mentor a sales team, driving results through effective coaching and leadership.
- Sales Strategy: Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies, including identifying target markets and creating effective outreach plans.
- Consulting experience: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and consult with clients, with a focus on the "Help not Sale" principle.
