Chief Technology Officer

Kleynod OU, a leading developer of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Director to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess strong technical and managerial skills to lead the development of cutting-edge UAV technologies.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of our UAV products
• Ensure adherence to technical standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product design and development

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in electronics development software
• Experience in designing devices with microcontrollers such as STM, SiLabs, Microchip
• Knowledge of digital and analogue circuit design, and basic knowledge in power electronics
• Proficiency in PCB design software, such as Altium Designer
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, Solid Works, Compas) is a plus
• Familiarity with electrical engineering standards and documentation: IPC, Unified system for design documentation, GD&T, IEEE
• Experience working with project management platforms, such as Click-Up, JIRA, or similar

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in the UAV or related industry minimum 5 years 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
