Associate - M&A

We are pleased to invite you to an interview if:

• You have a law degree (LL.M degree is a plus)
• You are fluent in English
• You have 3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer in corporate practice
• You have strong knowledge of M&A; civil, commercial and corporate law (knowledge of contractual, banking, and international private law is an advantage)
• You have excellent legal writing and research skills
• You have well-developed communication and negotiation skills
• You are proactive, ambitious, and client-centred
• You are a team-player with high level of responsibility

What we entrust to you:

• Taking part in M&A and corporate projects, assistance to senior colleagues on various legal issues
• Preparing/updating/reviewing legal documents (corporate documents, internal company rules and regulations, contracts, transaction documents, etc.)
• Drafting agreements, legal memoranda, legal opinions
• Analysis of documents for legal due diligence, M&A transactions, and other agreed-upon procedures
• Analyzing and providing recommendations on a range of legal issues raised by clients
• PR activities (articles, publications, comments, etc.)
