- Constant and comprehensive support of department employees on technical issues that arise in the process of solving customer requests. Answers to questions of employees, direct inclusion in the solution of the client's request, if necessary;
- Development and regulation of technical support procedures (in the part of the technical component of the unit's work);
- Analysis of appeals from customers (in terms of topics, products/services, customers);
- Analysis of technical knowledge and skills of employees. Development of educational materials and training of employees;
- Conducting technical interviews with candidates for open positions in the division;
- Writing technical documentation, monitoring the preparation of client instructions and other technical documentation;
- Coordination of the interaction of various structural divisions in the process of solving the client's request;
- Participation in technical certifications of employees of the division, in the process of transition between levels of support;
- Preparation of regular reports based on the results of the analysis and/or monitoring;
- Participation in client projects on migration to the cloud.
- Work experience in a similar position in the field of technical support from 1 year;
- Еxperience with VMware, KVM, Hyper-V;
- Knowledge of network technologies at the CCNA level;
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux OS at the administrator level;
- Experience in implementing strategies to improve the quality of customer service;
- Experience in administration and control of employees' work in chat/e-mail/ticket platforms;
- Experience in creating and writing policies, regulations and launching business processes;
- Experience in organization and training of employees;
- Excellent communication skills;
