ГОЛОВНА ЗАДАЧА 

Робити внесок у надання медичної та функціональної реабілітаційної допомоги пацієнтам.

ЗАДАЧІ/ОБОВ’ЯЗКИ

1. Експертиза

1.Надає технічну експертизу для свого проекту

• Відповідає міжнародним технічним нормам і стандартам при здійсненні клінічної діяльності/у межах своєї/її сфери компетенції (ерготерапевт або фізіотерапевт, у громадському втручанні: підвищення обізнаності…)
• Визначає необхідність адаптації проектної документації відповідно до міжнародних технічних норм і стандартів.
• Визначає необхідність подальшого спостереження за допомогою реабілітації для бенефіціарів
• Підвищує обізнаність членів мультидисциплінарних команд щодо реабілітаційних норм і стандартів
• Коригує свою діяльність відповідно до рекомендацій аудиту

2 Сприяння професійному розвитку

• Здійснює самооцінку своєї клінічної практики та визначає сильні сторони та сфери необхідного вдосконалення для професійного розвитку
• Спільно зі своїм технічним уповноваженим визначає свій план професійного розвитку
• Відвідує вибрані заходи (співтовариство практики, професійне навчання), запропоновані для підвищення кваліфікації та відповідно до плану професійного розвитку, розробленого технічним уповноваженням

2. Забезпечує проведення терапевтичних заходів.

1. Оцінює функціональні можливості та потреби в реабілітації бенефіціарів та осіб, які доглядають за ними

• Визначає персоналізовані плани терапевтичних дій
• Надає реабілітаційні послуги (терапевтична освіта та догляд, а також технічні допоміжні засоби) бенефіціарам та особам, які доглядають за ними
• Адаптує плани лікування відповідно до прогресу та потреб бенефіціарів та осіб, які доглядають за ними.
• Адаптує вправи та рекомендації, щоб забезпечити безперервність у домашньому середовищі. За потреби пропонує відповідні домашні адаптації.
• Забезпечує надання турботи з повагою до людини (безпечне середовище, повага до правил безпеки, гідність, конфіденційність)
• Інформує та навчає бенефіціарів та опікунів щодо процесу реабілітації, а також вправ та адаптацій, які будуть продовжені вдома
• Забезпечує домогосподарствам і громадам відповідні повідомлення, пов’язані зі специфікою реабілітації
• Оновлює файли бенефіціарів відповідно до проведених заходів та помічених змін у ситуації.
• Постійно в курсі загальних умов та плану лікування бенефіціарів. Співпрацює з іншими соціальними, медичними та реабілітаційними спеціалістами, які беруть участь у плані лікування бенефіціара.

2. Сприяє життю команди та проекту

• Визначає та повідомляє команді проекту будь-які ситуаційні зміни, які можуть вплинути на цільове населення або проект
• Бере участь у якісному аналізі проекту, щоб адаптувати діяльність відповідно до потреб бенефіціарів та контексту.

3. Вплив:

•    Сприяє репутації досвіду HI у реабілітації .

НЕОБХІДНІ КОМПЕТЕНЦІЇ 

Кваліфікація 

•  Диплом спеціаліста або магістра фізіотерапевт, ерготерапевт.

Досвід 

(вид і обсяг досвіду):

•  Не менше 2 років клінічного досвіду
•  Попередній досвід роботи в гуманітарних програмах (Бажаний)
•  Попередній досвід роботи з HI (Бажаний).

Навички 

(знання, здібності, необхідні для посади, див. документ з переліком навичок):

•  Клінічний менеджмент реабілітації бенефіціарів,
•  Стандарти та керівництва для реабілітаційних професій/послуг у HI, Розвиток професійного потенціалу (навчання, підтримка, зміна поведінки) у реабілітації в гуманітарних умовах
• Бути здатним допомагати членам команди складати плани та переглядати складені плани.

УМОВИ РОБОТИ

Контракт: Трудовий договір (згідно законодавства України) Строковий

LOCATION: Kharkiv

GENERAL MISSION

The clinician contributes to the delivery of physical and functional rehabilitation care to patients targeted by the HI intervention.

MISSIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Mission 1. Expertise:

• Provides technical expertise for his/her project:
• Complies with international technical norms and standards when implementing clinical activities/within his/her area of expertise (occupational therapist or physiotherapist, in community intervention: awareness-raising);
• Identifies the need to adapt project documentation in accordance with international technical norms and standards;
• Identifies the need of telerehabilitation follow-up for the beneficiaries;
• Raises awareness of rehabilitation norms and standards among members of multidisciplinary teams;
• Is responsible for the technical quality and relevance of the therapeutic activities carried out within his/her area of expertise;
• Informs his/her technical authority about the identified technical needs;
• Adjusts his/her activities according to audit recommendations;
• Improves his/her technical capacity by building on lessons learned and good practices identified from the project;
• Respects the codes of ethics related to his or her profession and organization.

2. Contributes to professional development:

• Carries out self-assessment of his/her clinical practice and identifies strengths and areas of needed improvement towards professional development;
• Identifies jointly with his/her technical authority his/her professional development plan;
• Attends selected activities (community of practice, professional training) proposed for professional development and according to professional development plan designed with technical authority.

Mission 2. Implementation and monitoring:

1. Ensures the implementation of therapeutic activities, in collaboration with the appropriate services and in accordance with international (or, if not national) procedures and standards:

• Assesses the functional capacities and rehabilitation needs of beneficiaries and their caregivers; 
• Defines personalized therapeutic action plans;
• Provides rehabilitation services (therapeutic education and care, and technical aids) to beneficiaries and their caregivers;
• Adapts treatment plans according to the progresses and needs of the beneficiaries and their caregivers;
• Adapts exercises and recommendations to ensure continuity in the home environment. Proposes related home adaptations if needed. *
• Ensures that care is provided with respect for the person (safe environment, respect for safety rules, dignity, confidentiality);
• Informs and trains beneficiaries and caregivers on the rehabilitation process, and exercises and adaptations to be continued in the home;
• Demonstrates awareness of relevant referral pathways. Identifies and reports referral needs;
• Provides public health relevant messages to households and communities, linked to rehabilitation specificities;
• Updates beneficiaries' files according to the activities carried out and observed changes in the situation;
• Keeps updated on beneficiary overall conditions and treatment plan. Collaborates with the other social, health and rehabilitation professionals involved in the beneficiary treatment plan.

2. Contributes to team and project life:

• Identifies and shares with the project team any situational changes that may have an impact on the target population and/or project;
• Participates in the qualitative analysis of the project to adapt the activities according to the needs of the beneficiaries and the context.

Mission 3. Influence: 

1. Contributes to the reputation of HI’s expertise in rehabilitation (national and international conferences).

PROFILE SOUGHT

Qualification(s):

• Master (or state diploma) of physiotherapist or occupational therapist.

Experience 

(type and amount of experience):

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in the country of origin.
• Previous experience working in humanitarian programs
• Previous experience with HI.

Skills

• Clinical management of rehabilitation of beneficiaries;
• Standards and Guides for Rehabilitation Professions/Services at HI;
• Building professional capacities (training, support, change of conduct) in rehabilitation in humanitarian settings.

Contract: Employment contract (according to Ukrainian legislation) Fixed-Term
