Truck dispatcher, truckload, Load Coordinator

We’re adding Booking Dispatchers to our team in Kiev!

REQUIREMENTS:

• English — advanced (it is a MUST);
• Strong verbal communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills
• Attention to details and high level of responsibility
• Ability to multitask
• Experience is a great plus — Sylectus or dat

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Searching and booking loads 
• Dispatching drivers
• Providing time-critical updates for the current loads
• Problem-solving;
• Communicating with the team;
• Updating truck locations in the system;
• Building and Maintaining relationships with clients and customers (human touch is highly important).

1) Monday— Friday 20:00 — 05:00

2) Monday— Friday 15:00 — 01:00
