Dispatcher USA Logistics (English)

We are a USA-based logistics company providing services across North America region. The company has offices in the USA, Mexico, Poland and now we are also hiring in Odesa.

We are looking for Tracker and Dispatcher.

Your responsibilities

• Working with internal logistics systems (Sylectus, DAT, other load boards)
• Making sure delivery process goes smoothly, giving great customer experience to our clients
• update the current location and status of drivers in the database
• answer calls/emails from clients or brokers
• monitoring of applications for transportation
• clarification of all details with drivers and transport brokers

Our requirements

• English (B2-C1)
• Good with PC, experience with MS Office or Gmail suit is desirable
• Any experience in Customer Service or Logistics or working in the US-based companies is a plus
• Ability to work in the night shift (for Tracker)

We offer

• 3,5 USD/per hour (netto)+commission (for dispatcher) 
• paid internship 
• 23:00 — 08:00 shift (Tracker)
• 16:00 — 01:00 shift (Dispatcher)
• Nice office in the city center, Troitska st.
• Taxi compensation
