Position Description
The Consultant on the development of the concept of the MSEC reform communication campaign will be responsible for creating the idea, visual style, slogans and key messages that will identify the reform of the Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC). The goal is to ensure the campaign's visibility and create a coherent image of the reform in the society. The consultant will work closely with the project's communications team, key ministries and other stakeholders to create a modern and inclusive concept that meets the best standards.

Since 1996, Momentum Wheels for Humanity has increased access to mobility and improved the quality of life for children, teens, and adults with physical disabilities in more than 50 low- and middle-income countries. We build and strengthen rehabilitation services within health systems through training and capacity building, policy and standards development, and supply and distribution of wheelchairs and other life-changing equipment. Key responsibilities
Task 1: Develop a communication campaign concept
- Develop a general idea of the communication campaign that will reflect the essence and goals of the MSEC reform.
- Create key communication messages adapted for different audiences, taking into account the needs of people with disabilities.
- Develop concise and memorable slogans that emphasize the positive aspects of the MSEC reform.
- Ensure consistency of slogans and messages with the visual style of the campaign and printed materials.
Task 2: Developing the visual identity of the MSEC reform
- Create a logo and a unified visual style for the communication campaign that is modern, inclusive and understandable to a wide audience.
- Ensure the visual style is recognizable, following the best design standards.
- Develop layouts of printed materials (including banners, posters and flyers) and adapt them to the requirements of the printer.
- Create visual communication layouts for social media (including post templates, covers, story templates, etc.).
Task 3: Collaboration and alignment with stakeholders
- Work closely with the project's communications team, key ministries, and other stakeholders to collect information and coordinate the development of materials.
- Conduct discussions on the developed concepts to obtain feedback and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements for the candidate
- Experience in implementing successful communication campaigns.
- Experience in developing a communication campaign concept.
- Proven experience with graphic design, including the creation of visual materials for digital and print platforms.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory and visual composition.
- Collaborate with the communications team to create visually appealing and effective materials.
Additional responsibilities
Ensuring that the developed materials meet modern design and communication standards.
Performing other tasks related to the MSEC reform communication campaign as needed.
Contract duration
The contract is concluded for 2 months.
Expected results
- A unified visual style of the MSEC reform communication campaign is developed and approved.
- Effective slogans and key messages that promote positive perception of the reform in the society are created.
