Preferred qualifications:

• Higher education in finance, accounting, or auditing
• Additional knowledge which provides advantage: basic IFRS and International Standards on Auditing, IT Management and IT Security
• Fluent English 
• Work experience in the bank from 3 to 5 years
• Advanced PC user
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
• Good team manager and team member

Your responsibilities:

• Yearly and operative planning of the Stream work
• Planning, conducting, review and finalization of audit engagements in accordance with deadlines (acting as an audit manager and/or as a team leader); evaluation of internal controls, conducting of risk assessments, incl. fraud risk assessments within audit engagements, etc.
• Development of recommendations on audit findings, business processes optimization, risks minimization, added value ensuring in accordance with the Bank’s and Internal Audit Strategy 
• Maintaining of the Stream Back log and the Concept of Stream
• Constant analysis of information on relevant processes, legislative requirements to keep in line with the tendencies in the business and potential risks (monitoring of risk profile of respective Bank’s activities relevant to Audit Stream) 
• Performance of special or ad hoc reviews/consultations upon the Bank request
• Knowledge sharing and development of the Stream members   
• Cooperating with Vienna Group Audit and other Network Banks of the RBI Group
• Presenting audit results to senior and top management
