Considering our strong profitable growth, we are developing Finance Department and will be happy to see Business Partner for Business Development (Commercial Controlling) in our team.
- Reports to Head of Commercial Controlling (Finance department).
- Performs a role of business partner for Business Development department to accelerate profitable growth of the company.
- Calculates rolling forecasts for Net Sales, analyzes dynamics vs previous forecast, previous year and annual plan, approves Net Sales forecast together with Business Development director.
- Calculates a detailed variance analysis of actual Net Sales vs previous year, annual plan, previous rolling forecast and agree on corrective actions to be taken and monitors their effectiveness;
- Properly assess and develop a list of sales risks and opportunities for Net Sales, evaluate their impact on Net sales and commercial indicators, initiates discussion of possible actions with Business Development department to reduce risks and capitalize on opportunities;
- Actively participate and supports Business Development department with calculations and analysis of additional actions to achieve an annual Net Sales & commercial targets.
- Calculates accruals (discounts, sales and marketing costs) as a part of month closing activities.
- Systematizes and analyzes commercial conditions of customers, supports Business Development department with calculation of potential changes in commercial conditions to enhance profitable growth of the company.
- Analyzes commercial & marketing activations efficiency and shares recommendations on improvement of their efficiency.
- Calculates forecasts of sales and marketing costs together with Business Development department and aligns with Business Development director.
- Analyzes actual trade receivables and payables (customers) together with Business Development department. Analyzes and confirms change of credit conditions of customers in Credit committees.
- Participates in Price committees with Business Development department to make decisions on changing sales prices to accelerate profitable growth of the company.
- Analyzes accuracy rates of Net Sales forecasts, initiates and coordinates changes in planning approaches and models with the relevant departments (sales departments, production, logistics department, planning department) to improve continuously accuracy of Net Sales forecasts.
- Relevant experience of business partnership for commercial functions
- Well-developed leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- Attention to details, responsibility, purposefulness
- Advanced user on MS Office Excel, Power Point
- Experience in modern Business Intelligence solutions
- SAP experience is an advantage but not critical
- Upper-intermediate English
