Responsibility:
1. Maintaining a full cycle of search and selection of potential candidates: from the first contact - to the formation of the offer.
2. Using different tools and technics: Linkedin, Djinni, Boolean search, Turbohiring, etc.
3. Maintaining candidates database.
4. Conducting interviews.
5. Sending test tasks to candidates and providing them with feedback from the company.
6. Communicating with the team for the work environment improvement.
7. Help in onboarding new employees.

Responsibility:
1. Creating a vacancy description and publishing vacancies (job sites, LinkedIn, Djinni).
2. Analysis of the situation in the IT market.
3. Searching and contacting candidates.
4. Primary selection of candidates (CV analysis).

Responsibility:
1. Screening CV, an active search of candidates.
2. Working in CRM.
