03/2025 – 09/2025 | Kyiv, Ukraine My role included processing inbound leads, communicating with clients, coordinating with PPC and SEO departments, accurately assigning tasks to prepare commercial proposals, presenting proposals to clients, initiating tasks for contract and invoice preparation, and maintaining the CRM system.

I was responsible for the full sales cycle, including client acquisition, communication, contract drafting, team selection, and client management. My key responsibilities included: maintaining client relationships, managing CRM systems, preparing contracts, issuing invoices, project management, handling challenging and stressful situations, and coordinating organizational tasks with the internal team.

My assignments were to organize events and all the problems that come out of it. The company was engaged in the organization of large concerts in Cracow, closed events, construction of stages, work with sound and concert equipment, as well as ensuring face control at the event and ensuring security.
